Q: Are our goods genuine?

Yes. All goods sold in our shop are genuine. Every item has been checked carefully to make sure it is an original. Our shop is developed from a reputable pawnshop called "當KADOYA", which was set up more than fifty years ago.

Q: Will the price of goods fluctuate?

Yes. Price of goods can change. As many goods are imported from overseas, price of goods can vary due to exchange rates.

Q: Can I pay by credit card?

Yes. You can pay by credit card. You can pay by VISA, MasterCard and other major credit cards. You can also use UnionPay.

Q: Can orders be posted overseas?

We are sorry that we do not currently offer overseas posting services. In addition, if goods are paid by credit card or installment credit, goods can only be posted to address registered with the credit card companies.

Q: What does "Grade of Goods" mean?

In RODEODRIVE, goods are classified into four grades base on their conditions.
Grade "N":

New goods. Goods displayed in the shop are imported from overseas.

Unused goods
Same as new goods; goods have never been used. However, to differentiating unused goods from new goods, different grades will be given based on our company’s standard.
Grade “S”: Details for goods being classified as ‘Unused” are as follows:


  • Goods without important accessories such as packaging or certificate.
  • Out of season goods
  • No scratch mark or colour fading on goods.
  • Unused goods bought by customers in other shops, and then purchased by this company.
Grade “A“: Second-hand "Grade A" goods
Sign of goods being used is not obvious.
Goods purchased from customers and displayed in the shop after being cleaned. Based on our company's standard, conditions of second-hand "Grade A" goods are close to perfect.
Grade “B“: Second-hand "Grade B" goods
Sign of goods being used can be noted.
Same as second-hand "Grade A" goods, "Grade B" goods are purchased from customers and displayed in the shop after being cleaned. However, sign of goods being used can be noted even after being cleaned.
